Simply Delicious Ice Cream with Various Flavours

For vegan ice-creams, they use soy or coconut milk. That day, they had run out of soya milk and the manager suggested to make it with coconut milk instead.

We had a choice of ordering it with curry leaf flavour which I can’t even imagine what the taste would have been like but instead, I decided to go for Chocolate Chili and Dates flavours and it was amazingly delicious. I also tried other varieties with banana, coffee and ginger flavoured.

The ginger flavoured Ice-cream wasn’t under the vegan section but the owner was happy to make it with the coconut milk. That was super! What I needed to do is to decide how much sugar I want in it or not have it at all.

Ice Cream with Sugar Free Options

You can choose to have sugar free ice-cream although it won’t be sweet. You can add a chocolate sauce and chocolate chips to sweeten it up which I had to do that to mine, coffee flavoured. But I must say, it wasn’t my favourite and I wouldn’t go for that choice again.

Custom-made Vegan Ice Cream According to Your Taste

What I really love about this place that they can make it according to your taste. You can ask for ice cream to be made the way you like it. You can choose “milk”, flavours, the amount of sugar if any and the toppings. It’s awesome!

We also ordered Ceylon cinnamon ice tea and it tasted so good that we decided to have another one.

They fry ice cream in front of you and you can see what the ingredients are. It looked and sounded like making a Kottu, Sri Lankan street food. So it was an experience itself.

I can’t recommend enough this gem of ice-cream cafe in Sri Lanka.
