Homemade Vegan Thin Crust Pizza

Did you know you can easily make the best-tasting homemade vegan thin crust pizza at home? Being vegan, it’s hard to find a healthy, dairy-free pizza that won’t lead you to pay prices only to get a dry crust with a little to no tomato sauce and thinly scattered toppings around. Good thing you can always try to make one at home!

Homemade Vegan Thin Crust Pizza Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • Ground Oats
  • Flax Seeds
  • Salt and Water

For the Toppings:

  • Tomato Puree
  • Mushrooms (of any kind)
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Sweet Red and Green Peppers
  • Pepper Pickles
  • Bell Peppers

For the Sauce (optional instead of cheese):

  • Blended tofu
  • Oregano
  • Salt

Directions:

For the Dough:

1.) Grind Oats until the oats represent a coarse flour consistency. Grind 3-4 tablespoons of flax seeds and add some salt and water. Mix everything until the ingredients are fully incorporated. Let the dough sit and prepare the toppings.

For the Toppings:

1.) Take the dough and spread the tomato paste over it.

2.) Add sliced mushrooms, colourful cherry tomatoes, sweet red peppers, pepper pickles and bell peppers.

3.) Bake for 5 to 7 minutes in an air-fryer or oven at 160°C.

For the Sauce:

1.) Blend tofu, oregano and salt together.

2.) Let the pizza cool down and add the sauce on top instead of cheese.

3.) Enjoy!

For The Dough
